“We drive 30 minutes to see Dr. Ellen. There are plenty of children dentists around me but we’ve gone through some terrible experiences with other offices and Dr. Ellen and her team are amazing. Like most, my kids do not like the dentist. It has been a struggle to find a dentist they can build trust with, especially my youngest. Dr. Ellen has done just that! From our 1st appt of my son bawling his eyes out from past experiences elsewhere to fast forwarding 4 ish years now and the progress they’ve made with being treated here is a world of difference! They are always so patient and gentle and answer every question I have. I will always take the 30 minute drive here over any other place. In my opinion, they are that great!”

“Dr Im and office staff are amazing They accommodate for kiddos who are nervous and scared. Dr Im is a calming presence and is never in a rush. She explains everything to the kids in ways that are loving and supportive. I love that the office is a 1-stop shop, in that you have the orthodontist in the same office, along with an oral surgeon to do removal of wisdom teeth. So I’m not having to run all over Poway to get my son’s smile taken care of. For a person who has her own dental fears (myself), this dentist has proven that there’s nothing to fear in going to the dentist and that caring for your smile can actually be a pleasant experience!”

“Wow if I could rate more than 5 stars I would! I was SO nervous my 2 year old would react at the dentist but everyone was so patient and their methods on having their routine check up was phenomenal, my son was the calmest I’ve ever seen him with unfamiliar things in his mouth. Keep in mind he does not like to brush his teeth.”
